Located on the West Shore of Donner Lake, a 12-acre day-use beach with American Red Cross Certified Lifeguards supervising the designated swim area during the summer months.

District Wide Fire Ban set by Truckee Fire Dept.:  You may bring in your own personal GAS BBQ’s only or you can reserve a picnic site and use our own charcoal BBQs. 

Picnic sites are by reservation only. Please reserve online 24 hours in advance or at the front kiosk the day of (if available). reserve a picnic site

BOAT STORAGE

Storage racks are located at the West End Beach Park on Donner Lake for Kayaks and other small boats, including one-man outrigger canoes and rowing sculls. You can rent for the season at a discount price, or pay by the calendar month. Must provide your own locks, cables, and signed release. One boat per storage unit. No security provided. No overhang allowed.

SEASON: May 1- September 30 (5 months)

REGISTRATION: Online Registration Open Now 

FEES: $140 season (Does not include admission to West End Beach during business hours.)
